How to book a tour online

Choose the tour that you are interested in from the list on the left.

Click on 'book now' next to the most suitable date and language from the tour schedule in the upper left corner.

Type your name and other details and choose the number of tickets. Don't forget to fill in the comment box, if there is anything you would like to let us know about.

Click on 'Make payment with platnosci.pl'. You will be redirected to a Polish online payment service. Fill in all the information.

Click on 'Next'. Type your credit/debit card details.

Click on 'Pay'. 'Transakcja w trakcie realizacji' means you should wait for the system to check your bank details. If all submitted details are correct, your transaction will be accepted.

You can print your ticket or download the pdf version.

You will be sent an email with a link with a current payment status. 'Transakcja anulowana' or 'Transakcja odrzucona' means your transaction has been cancelled or rejected. If none of those is shown, you have successfully purchased the tickets! Thank you!
