Nowy Wisnicz Tour
Just about 50 kilomteres from Kraków, you can find a city of Nowy Wiśnicz, that used to be regarded as a monastic village. Our tour takes you to a stunning 14th century castle with its famous fortifications. Later on, you go to the Monastery of Discalced Carmelites (now modified to prison), church dedicated to the Assumption of The Virgin, the Town Hall and manor-house Koryznówka, where the museum of Jan Matejko is located. Moreover, you have a sightseeing in Wiśnicko-Lipnicki landscape park with its majestic, prestine scenery and some protected objects of nature. In the end, you go to see 15th century church in Lipnica Murowana, entered on the UNESCO list and 16th century church in Sobołów.
English tour: every day on request at 9:30 a.m.
